This is one of the most spacious units in The Timbers complex. Built in 2016, this modern condo is the perfect base for solo wanderers, couples, and small families. Enjoy all that Crested Butte has to offer – the best mountain biking in Colorado, world class skiing, a Nordic center, fly fishing, festivals, and incredible hiking trails. This top floor, corner, mountain facing unit is located just a 5 minute walk from the ski area base with dining, bars, and a coffee shop. There is a free shuttle that picks you up at the base of the building to take you where you need to go, including the Town of Crested Butte. There is also a small grocery and liquor store within walking distance.

Summary: We had a great stay for spring break at the Timbers. First time in Crested Butte and the location did not disappoint. Comfy couches to relax on and cozy beds for sleeping. Views were amazing.

Summary: Very nice top floor condo on Mt. Crested Butte. The condo was modern, nicely decorated, tastefully furnished and well equipped. Great views. There is an elevator at the opposite end of complex which was very handy. Ski locker in the basement. Walk outside and down some stairs and the bus stop for the regular Mountain Express bus to the ski lifts is right there (bus only takes a couple of minutes). You can walk to the lifts (5-10 mins?) but no need if you time it right. The bus service in general was excellent, with regular buses to Crested Butte town from the ski lift area.The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. The check-in instructions were clear, and very straight forward.We would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Summary: This property merits its premier host rating: very clean, modern, and comfortable. We appreciated these small touches: easy to remember door code, detailed instructions for the coffee maker and TV, choices for bedding from thin blankets to quilts, rainfall shower head, kleenex! Lots of windows and new furniture.

Summary: Our timing for this visit was great for viewing the beautiful fall foliage. The condo was exactly as described - very clean, well equipped kitchen, bedding, comfortable beds, plush towels, etc. The location was excellent with an easy and short drive in to town and beautiful views of the mountains right from our balcony. Summary: Had a race to run in Crested Butte and this worked out to be a perfect location for a buddy and I to cone stay and rest up before the race. Would gladly use this condo again.

Summary: This is a very clean, well stocked, top floor, end unit condo. Beds were very comfortable and entire unit was tastefully furnished. Also very quiet with easy parking. Balcony was a little small but being to open the door and let the cool mountain air in was wonderful. Would absolutely stay here again!
